Meet the Caretaker
Proud Dubliner Brian Delaney has been with Sapcote’s since 1998. Which makes him the second longest serving member of our team! Before joining us, Brian worked on major construction projects across Europe including Berlin and Paris, as well as the multi-award winning Waterloo International Station.
Here at Phoenix Distribution Park, Brian’s in charge of the day-to-day running of the site including maintenance and managing our 24hr security team. Being very much a ‘people person’ you’re most likely to find Brian out and about on the Park, checking in with our tenants and making sure everything is ship-shape and secure across the site.
“I get a lot of satisfaction out of helping people and sorting problems” says Brian. “You can’t do that if you’re sitting in your office all day!”
As well as taking care of our tenants and units at Phoenix Distribution Park today, Brian has a keen interest in the site’s past. He’s carried out his own research into the fascinating part Heston Aerodrome once played in WWII.
